MyZeil was to represent a new climax in the quality of use in Frankfurt’s city center. This was a great challenge because SHSelection had already set new, exciting accents with the development of the Zeilgalerie and the Nobelhaus. In cooperation with MAB and the architect Massimiliano Fuksas, the challenge of the building development and the development of the tenant mix succeeded. SHSelection was involved by advising during the successful development of the mix of uses and implementation. In 2020, the recommended use of the fourth level with gastronomy businesses was realized in 2020 by the successor owner ECE.
