SHSelection was able to accompany the exciting development of inner-city design and utilization concepts in Leipzig between 1990 and 1995. We were commissioned to develop the utilization concept, including the Auerbacher Keller. This was to be done in the context of other passages such as Barthels Hof, Grimmaische Strasse and Peterstrasse. A low tenant and user turnover and the increasing attractiveness of the location testify to the success of the concept.
